It may be a small set of icons, but it’s a very useful collection.
DryIcons - a pretty diverse set of collections with some great icons (e.g. unique sketch paper icons)
Quite a lot of different icon collections here. Well worth a look, and many sets feature an impressive number of icons.
ASP.NET icons - free web app icons
Small and compact, these icons are going to be useful for a range of different purposes.
PI Diagona - another large set of 10×10 and 16×16 icons
